Answers to common questions:
What payment types do you accept?
I accept all major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as well as Paypal should you wish to pay using your Paypal account.
Is your shopping cart safe to use?
Yes. My shopping cart system (E-junkie) protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Unlike a traditional “licensed” e-commerce software package that gets installed on my server, E-junkie is a “hosted” e-commerce service which is centrally-managed on their servers. They are one of the most recognized shopping cart systems and undergo strict security measures, including PCI compliance (see below). When you use my shopping cart, your financial information is never shared with me as it is encrypted from the time you submit the order until the time it hits the card processor. Once your payment is complete, you will be directed to your download location to download your training plan. e-Junkie uses 128bit encrypted SSL. This provides the highest possible level of security to make your online shopping experience safe and secure. I do not receive or keep any of your payment details on my computers. The only thing I see when an order is placed, is your name, address (if available), and an email address.
What is PCI Compliance?
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) mandates requirements for secure handling of payment card account data to prevent exposure of that data to unauthorized parties, reducing the potential for card fraud due to theft of card account details. Systems which handle card payments must undergo an annual audit to certify that they adhere to this security standard and are thus “PCI compliant”.
What is a PDF file?
Invented by Adobe Systems, Portable Document Format (PDF) is the global standard for capturing and reviewing rich information from almost any application on any computer system and sharing it with virtually anyone, anywhere. PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format developed by Adobe as a means of distributing compact, platform-independent documents. Most computers have browser plugins and software on the computer to read PDF files. However, if not, you can install a free PDF reader from Adobe by clicking here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
How can I contact you if I have problems with my download?
It is rare, but if you have problems getting your download, please contact me using the Customer Support Form. Please provide the name of the training plan, date of purchase, and your name and email address. I will validate the order, and email you the file, or resend a new download link.
Can I share this training plan with my friends?
A significant amount of work goes into creating these training plans. I charge personal and online clients several hundred dollars each to fully train them and a good part of the background content I provide them has been included in a simple downloadable format. I feel the benefits you receive are far greater than the price I charge. Therefore, I ask that you please don’t share your plan with others but rather refer them to the site to download their own plan. However, ultimately this is up to you and the honor system. Plans cannot be digitally reproduced, copied and/or sold, or distributed online. I aggressively pursue those that reproduce and/or re-distribute my plans through implementing legal action against you and your ISP provider.
